Chris Scott, owner of the Whistle Stop Cafe in Mirror, Alberta, has turned the tables on the provinces government. Sheila Gunn Reid explains how Scott, alongside his Fight The Fines lawyer Chad Williamson, is going on the offensive and has filed a lawsuit against the Alberta government, Alberta Health Services (AHS) and the province's Chief Medical Officer of Health Deena Hinshaw.
