My Comment:

You can see the man who was pushed and an elderly couple, the man that was pushed was saying something to the irate police officer, who then out of no where pushes the man backward and he falls hard on the concrete. I mean hard. The reason I say hard is because you can hear his body hit the concrete, and it looks like maybe he hits the back of his head and his elbow. If you look in the video while the man is getting up and the Gestapo Canadian police are grabbing him, he is holding the back of his own head.
