20210811 American Warts - The Daily Summation

Is there any country around the globe, that DOESN'T have dark moments in its history?

Maybe, but I would imagine most do.

As young as it is by comparison, the U. S. certainly has its warts.

We never want to forget or HIDE that fact.

That means certain things we're currently tearing down (whether books, statues, monuments, or access to movies or television shows), should NOT be removed.

We can use the "bad examples" of others, to teach that which is good and correct, AND WE SHOULD.

I discuss this, and how Americans are willing to discuss our faults, in the current edition of The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics.
