Some people like myself find it difficult falling asleep, so, after viewing a Bestie video on YouTube and reading several related articles on different ways of easing my over active mind, I came up with an easy to prepare healthy light snack before going to bed that really relaxes me. Not only did it make it much easier for me to fall asleep, it, also, helped me stay asleep longer than usual. Turkey whether ground or smoked, contains Tryptophan like other poultry, meat, cheese ( cheddar or swiss ), yogurt, fish, and eggs have. Serotonin and melatonin, are chemicals in the brain that play a large role in creating a feeling of well-being and relaxation. To wrap up your "Nighty Night Nachos" snack right have yourself a bowl of cherries one hour and with a cup of decaffeinated green tea prior to going to bed.
