A cardiovascular ICU Nurse speaks to Butte County Board of Supervisors. So why don’t we ban McDonalds since diabetes is killing hundreds of thousands in America? What about sex, since STDs are on the rise? What about driving, smoking, and discriminating against people with tuberculosis if we’re going to do with perfectly healthy people who don’t want the jab or to obstruct their breathing? Common sense is that people are responsible for their own health and the government’s harmful overreach over the last year and a half has caused more harm than the c virus ever could.
