The Pesquet's parrot (Psittrichas fulgidus), often known as the vulturine parrot (due to a common mix-up with Pyrilia vulturina from Brazil), is the only member of its genus, and the Psittrichadinae subfamily. It's only found in New Guinea's hill and montane rainforests.
