Is Ivermectin not a life saving drug for Covid patients? | The Newshour Agenda

On The Newshour Agenda with Padmaja Joshi takes forward the debate over Ivermectin for COVID as recommended by Goa for all adults and the experts advise on it’s effectiveness. Chief WHO scientist has raised doubts on the safety of those using Ivermectin as cure to coronavirus. On this Director, Internal Medicine, Max Health Care Rommel Tickoo tells that we can use Ivermectin but we need more trials and evidences to prove it’s efficacy. Similarly, Dr Arun Gupta President, Delhi Medical Council states that if we see the typical prescription of any COVID patient, we’ll find that 12-15 drugs have been prescribed. Although we don’t have a single medicine which can fight against the virus as of yet.
