U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. Kyle McGuire, a U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) graduate and engagements officer with Communication Strategy and Operations, Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division, issues a message to the current brigade of USNA midshipmen, July 26, 2021. The message was intended to refocus the brigade on the fundamental concept of warfighting and their role in the future of the Department of the Navy’s operating forces.
