Healthy egg breakfast burrito recipe - ready in 15 minutes. I made this breakfast burrito with whatever I had in the fridge that morning - spinach, eggs, avocado, sausage, scallions, and cheese.

You can see I added some sausage in the video, but it's totally optional. For a dairy-free option, you can leave out the cream cheese and grated cheese.
