Today I made one of my favorite treats, Bacon & Avocado Fat Bombs, that are easy to store and great for on-the-go! You can alter this recipe to fit the amount you need as well. It tastes a lot like guacamole on the go!

🥓🥑 Bacon & Avocado Fat Bombs 🥓🥑
Ingredients:
~1 Large Avocado, peeled and pitted
~1/2 Cup Grass-Fed Butter
~4 Cloves Garlic, crushed
~1 Small White Onion, Peeled and Minced
~2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice (this not only adds flavor but will keep the avocado from browning too quickly)
~1/2 tsp Sea Salt
~1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
~8 Slices of no-sugar-added Bacon, Cooked and Chopped

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except for bacon, in a medium mixing bowl and mash with a fork until evenly incorporated.
2. Transfer mixture to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.
3. After the 30 minutes I sup, add bacon to the mixture and combine well.
4. Divide mixture into even proportions and roll into balls. I like to use about a spoonful with each ball, but you do as you like and I made about 12 balls with these measurements.
5. Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5-6 days until ready to eat.
6. Enjoy!
