Atlanta Cops Shot an ARMED Suspect - It Was A Legal Shoot

The police shooting in Atlanta is being portrayed by many as an unarmed black man shot by white cops.

That is an outright lie!

The suspect was absolutely armed. Not only was he armed with a Taser he stole from one of the cops, he fired it at the cop just before they shot him. All of that was captured on video, ALL of it.

The police chief was a spineless wonder who resigned over this rather than defending her cops.The mayor thinks it is a bad shoot so she fired the cop. She will later lose the wrongful termination lawsuit, because that shooting was absolutely, legally justified.

Just to clarify, saying a shooting is legally jusutified does not remotely mean I am happy the suspect is dead. Determining legality has NOTHING to do with feelings, at all. Feelings, emotions, should NEVER be a factor in determining if a shooting is justified. It is an examination of the facts to determine if they fall within the scope of the law, and in this case they do.
