How to fight back against depression

If you or someone you know is suffering from depression, use the 5 tips to help

Tip#1: give them attention (Talk to them, give them hugs, Let them get their issues and stress out in the open so you know how to fight/help fight it)

Tip#2: Do something you/they enjoy and relieve stress (Play games, go for a walk, talk to friends and family, talk about stuff you like, go to places you like, watch videos, etc)

Tip#3: Get a therapist (There are somethings that someone doesn't want to tell close ones, so getting a therapist is crucial. Not to mention, since they are trained in dealing with mental problems, they have a better idea of what to do. Try talk space and other available therapists)

Tip#4: Remember that there is no shame (Millions of people are going through the thing you are. Don't ignore it and try to fight back. Get help from your close ones and professionals. Remember that people love you and will do anything to help you when your down)

Tip#5: (The most important one) Contact the Suicide prevention hotline (Phone number: 1-800-273-8255. Website: suicidepreventionlifeline.org. If it's really bad, use the contact information to help. You have a lot to live for)
