Honeybees

Anybody else noticing more honeybees this year? I'm seeing a lot more than I have in recent years. I spotted at least 8 in a small area of my yard about ten feet in diameter. They were working some wildflowers (catsear) in my yard this morning. They were working a patch of flowering thyme earlier in the week. Not sure if someone has a new apiary in the area or if people are using less chemicals on their yards in the area, or both, but it is good to see them.
