Police Rescue Dog Trapped Deep Under Home's Foundation

Police in West Seneca, New York, rescued a dog named Buttercup trapped deep under the foundation of a house. Buttercup somehow ended up underneath the house and the only way to reach him was to dig a hole. After a bit of digging, officers gained access to the dog and pulled him out to safety.
