Solar Hot Dog Cooker - Pork Loin & Meatballs

Using our solar hot dog cooker for lunch, 4-28 2021.
Today I'm cooking a few pieces of rehydrated, freeze dried pork loin and some Costco meatballs.

This is a solar hot dog cooker my daughter and I built many years ago for her science class. The motor for turning the skewer was added years later. The skewer had a handle, which we cut off to put on the gear used to turn it.
The whole thing was made mostly of cardboard, a piece of pegboard, and a section of VELUX Sun Tunnel. Over the years we have cooked hundreds of hot dog on it, including for school cook-outs. This was the first time it had been used in a couple years, and I'm happy to say it still works fine.
