The Queensland government prevented parents from being with their newborn son for 8 days even thought they are fully vaccinated. This is what the QLD Chief Medical Officer Jeanette Young had to say about it: “Just because you’re vaccinated, doesn’t mean that you won’t get infected. That’s why we could not let that family go and visit their baby.”
