This is #Ultima Adventures, an online fork of #Ultima Online Odyssey: Ruins to Riches. Fundamentally the same, but is played online with others. The population is relatively small and the game world vast, so in theory you could play it akin to a single player game unless you desired otherwise. There are some odd things about the server, such as unlimited skill cap and things of that nature, but overall it is fairly interesting.
