It's been almost 3 months since I had surgery on my right elbow for osteochondritis dissecans (OCD)...for the second time. Here I celebrate my 15th birthday by starting to flip again at the gym. Let me know if the slow motion is cool, or annoying. You can leave a comment on my most recent post on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/whitneybflippin/

From Sports Health:

Osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the capitellum is most often seen in adolescents who participate in sports that involve repetitive loading of the elbow. Unstable defects typically require surgical intervention that involves fragment fixation, debridement, or reconstruction with an osteochondral autograft transfer.
