With labels, people will then form a perception and like every other job title out there, there are bad, good and great. The only way we truly know is when we have the experience ourselves

Behind the title of life coach is the person and it’s the person that you are investing into. Every person is unique and it is what they can offer to help us on out journey. I have been helping people transform their lives for many years as a trainer and ran a successful business for 12 years. Since becoming a coach I have been able to use all my experience to really help others form many angles

Do I need a coach?

This question is easy to answer now. 100% YES. My life has transformed since I first invested in my coach a few years back. @alister_gray_coach helped me transform my life around and since then, I have continued to look and move forward.

Looking back, I was in a bad place, unhappy, stressed and lost.

At that point I seeked help and I wish I invested in a coach as soon as I came out of school.

I hit it hard at both ends of the candle. It was a vicious cycle and I now help others who are going through similar situations in their life

Life Coaching is often mistaken as therapy. This is so far from the truth. Although life coaching allows you to really uncover what has been holding you back, I help my clients focus on where they are and where they want to go in life

We all have limiting beliefs that stop us moving forward and the coaching allows us to identify these and to replace them with possibilities, which is so powerful

I believe we all need some form of coach in our lives, be that sports, business, life.

As a life coach, my job Is to help people bring awareness to what is going on in their lives right now. I help people find their own solutions to every problem. I help people transform their lives and most importantly, I help people realise that they are amazing just the way they are
