The words we use and the way we think about things will have a huge impact on our life

It is very common that we tend to focus on the negatives over the positives

Or worry about the things that could go wrong, rather than focussing on what things will be and feel like when they go right

Have you heard of The Law of Attraction, “what you ask for comes true”?

Well a thought or a word of the things you don’t want is putting that out to the world and that will come back to you

Start with recognising the words and thoughts we have for ourself. Are we focussing on what we haven’t done? Catch ourselves in the moment and flip it to what we have achieved.

This awareness consistently will bring more happiness our way
