Why would you chose me as your life coach?

Like personal trainers, there are thousands of life coaches out there, unfortunately everyone is labelled under the same umbrella so why would you choose to work with me?

I work with people that want to make some big changes in their life

Firstly if you are wanting to make positive changes, you will be working with a coach that loves everything about coaching. I have found my purpose, I live and coach by the same values and I am very passionate about what I do

I stay judgement free throughout and create a safe space for you to speak about what ever is required. In that space you will have my full attention, I am a great listener and hold the space for you to sit with anything that needs to come up

I am straight talking and will ask very thought provoking questions, I will get you to view things from different perspectives and allow you to think outside the box. I always come from a place of love

I will highlight all of your strengths and powers and allow you to see so you believe that you are always in control.

You will learn lots about yourself, your emotions, your reactions and you will become so much more aware of the words that we use

You will pick up lots of powerful, simple and effective strategies that can be easily applied into your life which will have immediate progression. These skills will also influence work performance, health, family life, relationships and stress management. Many have said how it’s impacted more than just them.

You will enjoy waking up to take on the day and overcome anything that is thrown at you

I am a spiritual teacher/healer

I have ran my business over 12 years, my past is far from perfect and I am very adaptable

You will have a coach who is supporting you all the way

I give everyone a free experience of coaching so they can feel for themselves. Please get in touch and I look forward to connecting
