Simone Biles Wants Back In, US Shot Putter Throws it Back & Hubbard Fails to Lift: Olympics Stink

Congratulations to Jade Carey for her victory in the Floor Gymnastics category. It was very much overshadowed by the most selfish athlete at the games, Simone Biles, who withdrew from all events, making a statement that she will indeed compete in one event to close out the games. How adorable, must have been hard to see others succeed and get the spotlight.

The USWNT was defeated by the Canadian Women on the pitch today for the first time in 37 attempts and since 2001. Too much activism and not enough practicing. They can still get a medal if they can get off their knee long enough to field a worthy effort. Remains to be seen. Best of luck against Sweden, Canada. The two teams that beat the Megan Rapinoe vanity project will square off for it all later in the week.

Gwen Berry, activist and part-time hammer thrower, after lots of speculation? is going to protest and make it all about herself... if she even medals that is. Anticipate shenanigans anyways, but the woman who placed 3rd in the US Trials a month ago doesn't have a hope against some old Soviet Broads.

Laurel Hubbard made history as the first openly Transgender "Woman" to compete at the Olympics and she failed to even medal. Must have been more of a woman than we thought. After this year though, the IOC is going to 'revise' their Transgender policy. Get the headlines and run!

Raven Saunders, wonderful shot putter and expert twerker? Won the Silver Medal and got up on the podium and threw up an X to symbolize something of abject retardation. ARE YOU READY???

Finally, a Belarusian sprinter, Krystsina Tsimanouskaya, was critical of her Belarusian coaches, they caught wind of said blashopmey back in the Old Country. She was snatched up and sent back to be, presumably Gulag'd, but was smart enough to flag authorities to evade a grizzly demise. Crazy story.
