The world is full of lies
Lies and pains making people cry
Nothing is genuine and true
Most things are engulfed in hatred so cruel
Do not tell me hope and pray!
I am going to take it anyway 6

Do not force and fight
But I have been here all day and night
Patience is running out
Waiting no more, I am breaking out
Breaking from the chains, evils and hate
I will not listen to you! Do not tell me I am late 12

It is never too late to do right
Even if it takes me 40 days and 40 nights
I will put my head up and speak for these ones
Who are tied down by old traditions and norms
They never let you see the brighter day
Always deceiving and making you believe for you is why they pray 18

They love you not!
Be wise, go from lukewarm to hot
Let no man tell you "you can't make it"
If they tell you that, tell them "forget it!"
Refuse to accept the lie that you are lazy
Tell them "that's not true" tell them "they are crazy" 24

I speak for these youths who through hardship still stand
They call you names, but trust me they play ignorant not to understand
You are gifted, powerful, talented
So let no man alive get you tormented
And we are better together as one
For only that way, I see this battle being won. 30
