Up pace 6k followed by 1 min intervals.

This was my July 30th run. It was a fast pace 6k followed by 4, 1 min. intervals. Knee is feeling much better but with only 2 weeks left to the Manta Marathon, I will not have time to improve my conditioning much, if any. I will continue to have faster and harder workouts for another week and will only taper the week before the marathon. I just saw on the marathon website that they changed the marathon route.
