Is This The Tardis Of Alcohol Smuggling?

I don't know what country it is but, it would seem alcohol is considered contraband. I live in Alaska. In remote Alaskan villages, alcohol is banned. Smugglers can buy a fifth of cheap vodka for around $10 and can resale it for $50 or so bucks. Jack Daniels, Yukon Jack can fetch $200 per half gallon.
