Feel Now, Think Future! The power of meditation

We are told live in the present. Be here now!

This is somewhat wrong.

Here’s why?

The word present has to be split on two lines.

One line is thought and one line is feeling

Feeling wise we have to be present. This is rule 1. What is happening right now is the most important

Thought, however does not need to be present. This can stay away from present.

Thought controls feeling.
Imagine having anxiety and financial issues right now and then someone says, be present. You are going to be still in your current reality feeling the same

Thought actually must be in the future, always. In the future creating your dream life.

When you think it, then you feel it, so when you think your future self, your body feels it now.

This then means that the only thing that is stopping you, is you. If you know your body lives and experiences your future thoughts then only you are the one in the way

Let go of the restrictions

This is where the meditation comes in. Meditation helps clear the everyday noisy thoughts and then allows you to create a new reality whilst your body feeling it in the now

We are told to be silent in meditation, but I also think we need to be creative. My guided meditations help people go to a new level of creativeness.

Again, The only restrictions you have is you. Think your future self and feel it now

When you go into meditation, in the emptiness, create your own world. You literally can create anything you want. It is a really amazing experience and a place you can heal and be happy anytime, all you have to do is create it!
