DeWine will try using incentives, not mandates, to curb delta variant's spread in Ohio

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine is worried again, he admitted Friday. But the governor plans on offering more incentives, not more mandates, to encourage still-unvaccinated people to get their shots.
