Here we continue to travel the most notorious Hood in the City of Tampa, Florida. As we watch the sights of the Hood we can listen to the sounds of the Police/Fire/Ems Scanner. Keep in mind that almost always the really juicy communications are not put out on the public airways. But it makes the drive interesting.
