Shaming in the fitness industry

A video on how shaming can be toxic and we need to become aware that what we personally believe is not for everyone

People will identify themselves in a certain group and promote their beliefs to their followers which is fine. We must remember that this is our belief and although you do not agree with other groups, please remember that your followers are all different.

Messages can be damaging because one particular way of living will not work for everyone. People then struggle because they think they are failing from what they are being told

It is ok to have preferences, but please remember everyone is different. Lose the shaming and judging and instead keep doing your thing
