What we are hearing from building owners is that they are:
1) Concerned about the long lead times and scarcity of common roof materials. The latest intel is that the material shortage will continue thru Q2 of next year. This problem isn’t going away soon.
2) Worried about inflation. My fear is that this issue will continue after the shortage issue is resolved.
3) Frustrated that they can’t get the TPO, EPDM or PVC roof system they wanted because of shortages of Insulation, Fasteners and Adhesive that go under the membrane.

The reality is that there are other solutions:

· Fluid Applied
· Mod Bit
· Be sure to lock in your order.
