Cauliflower Hashbrown Bites

I experimented with these the other morning and we all LOVED them! These will be a staple in our house from now on. I made them 2 different ways and this way was my favorite. I hope you love them if you try them out! We dipped ours in sour cream. 😋

RECIPE:
1. Steam a 12oz bag of riced cauliflower and drain all the water out. I used a cheesecloth to do so.
2. Put it in a bowl and add in:
•1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
•1 egg
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/4 tsp black pepper
•1/2 tsp garlic powder
•1/2 tsp onion powder
3. Mix it all together.
4. Press the mixture into a greased muffin top pan. *You don't want it to be too thick.
5. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes. I liked it best at 12 minutes.
