We continue our travels on both sides of Doctor Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard in the City of Tampa, Florida. Sometimes it does not look so bad at all, and other times, oh well! Regardless of it's looks it is a dangerous place to be if crime statistics mean anything. This video was recorded out the passenger side window and digitized in mind-boggling 4k resolution.
