Lazy COP, LAZY PEOPLE, A Good Samaritan

County truck dropped a branch off the truck and just kept driving. Nobody stopped, not even a police officer to remove it from thr travel lane. Until this good Samaritan came along on his bicycle to remove it. 1 guy wasn't paying any attention to the road and swerved at the last second to avoid it, nearly crashing to his over steering.
