How to ace an interview
This post was intended originally for personal trainers, but with everything going on at the moment, this is for anyone who is looking to get a new job
.
When it comes to interviews, you must stand out from the rest, interviews are done very poorly especially the ones that I’ve experienced over the years.
Start thinking as if you are the person employing you or what the company is looking for. This takes a little bit of research, but once you can start identifying what they are looking for, use that as your ammunition during the interview
.
If you are special, the company will do whatever it can to employ you. They will find a way to bring you onboard
.
Special candidates come around every so often, so make you see that special person
Take time to research the company, highlight some more personal stuff about the company that resonated with you, identify areas that could be improved, and then bring forward a strategy of how you would do that if they were to bring you on. This will maximise your chances of gaining employment compare to anyone else that is being interviewed
