Using Freeze Dried Mandarins in Ice Cream

Using some of the freeze dried mandarin oranges to mix into some vanilla ice cream and make a test batch of vanilla-mandarin orange ice cream sandwiches. This was probably the hard way to do it, but it came out very tasty.

We don't rehydrate them, we eat them dry (delicious) or powder them and use them in things like drinks or cooking/baking.
