they are very hardworking
Donkey, zebra and horse belong to the equidae family of the equid order. They have a lot in common in body structure and lifestyle. It is not known when exactly the equuses of the Pleistocene epoch were divided into separate species: horses, donkeys and zebras. But one way or another, their close relationship is so great that both zebras with horses and horses with donkeys can produce offspring.

In order to get a beast of burden that would combine the strength of a horse with the simplicity and strong legs of a donkey, they began to happen in ancient times. At the same time, a workable and hardy hybrid is usually born - a mule. Unfortunately, the mules themselves are not capable of reproducing offspring, so to breed them, you have to re-breed a donkey with a mare every time. Loshak is the result of crossing a stallion with a donkey. Loshakos are bred, perhaps, only in Ethiopia.

Are the donkey and the horse related?
Donkey and zebra belong to the equine family. If they happen, they can produce offspring. The mule comes from the donkey and the mare.
Zebras are the only equines that have not been domesticated. Unlike wild horses and donkeys, they are not inclined to obey a higher level of development - a person. It is extremely rare to see a trained zebra in the circus. Even though such a zebra was born in a zoo and people fed and raised it from birth, it still largely retains the character of its wild ancestors.
