On this episode, Ryan and Hannah talk about how Hannah found, studied for, and got her Salesforce Administrator tech certification in 1 month for $362 and then got her job by interviewing honestly about her lack of college experience and leveraging experience in other areas.

Ryan explains how he self eliminated from jobs before he had his degree and Ryan and Hannah both discuss that they wouldn't hesitate to apply for a Master's or Phd required jobs with what they know now.

They talk about how to look at job descriptions realistically, and assess what skills you have, and what skills can put you over the top, and explain that people need to look at all requirements, not sub in a degree as the entire requirement.

Hannah talks about how college is not job training, and how she hears people that apply for 1 job 1 time and then give up, when it takes on average 100 applications to get 1 interview.
