(00407) Part Seven (P) - Tampa, Florida. Driving the Hood!

We continue to drive around Tampa's notorious Hood. It gets all it's notoriety for all the wrong reasons, and at the top of that list is it's elevated crime rate. The Hood is primarily found on both sides of Martin Luther King Junior Street. Many of the projects have recently been rebuilt so look like other apartments. This video was recorded outside the passenger side window. Enjoy the video!
