Pour 100 ml of cold water over it and wait 10 minutes
Let 900 ml milk get hot
Melt the gelatin in a double boiler or in a microwave
2 tablespoons of sugar, 5 g of vanilla sugar
Pour gelatin into the milk and stir until completely dissolved
lay out the fruits

Pour milk
