Will Fasting Help Autoimmune Diseases?

I found this video about fasting and autoimmune diseases. Please watch the video. I personally intermittent fast 4:20. Have been doing so for a little over a year. I started my intermittent fasting eating 2 times a day 12 hours apart due to my job. It kick started my weight loss journey. Along the way, from 2019 to now, I am prescription free! No more High Blood Pressure, Sugar, Cholesterol, and Inflammation. HUGE Improvement on psoriasis! Only a small patch on my right elbow now. Arthritis GONE! I had arthritis in my right wrist and could not do push ups with my hands. I was diagnosed with rosea, in 2018. After intermittent Fasting, fitness, and good nutrition all is good!
