Heat tip from a Ninja

Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor and I don't have a piece of paper showing that I know what I'm talking about so take everything I say with as much salt as you feel necessary. In this video I talk about how to deal with extreme heat, staying hydrated, and I touch on how to help cool someone down who has collapsed from the heat. Please note that if someone has collapsed from the heat and they are unconscious you should call emergency services because they will need an IV with fluids and will need to be checked for organ damage.
