(00403) Part Three (P) - Tampa, Florida. Driving the Hood!

Here we continue to drive the worst section of Tampa, at least as it's crime rate suggests. While we ride around we are listening to the Police/Fire Scanner for Tampa, Florida. This give us an eye/ear idea of what the Hood really looks like. Not all Police Frequencies are available to hear over the public air waves, but better than nothing I suppose.
