Material shortages and rampant inflation continue in the #construction industry.

In a recent Poll 63% of Building Owners said they were concerned about Materials Shortages and 18% said they were worried about price inflation.

Here is some current inflation data:
· Lumber Up 125.3%
· Cars Up 45.2%
· Gasoline Up 45.1%
· Furniture Up 8.6%
· Bacon Up 8.4%
· Whole Milk Up 7.5%
· Inflation Up 4.5%

The reality is that is lead times continue to increase, as is pricing.

If you need roofing work, what should you do?
· Get Good advice
· Plan, consider multiple options
· Lock in the project
· Be Patient, there will be delays, but it will get done.
