The Un-Justice System: Political Prosecutions and the Two-Tiered Court System

The Two-Tiered Justice system that Leftists keep railing against exists, just not how they want to define it.

Paul Allard Hodgkins, a Florida Man, reached a plea deal and was sentenced for his non aggressive, non destructive role during the Capitol Hill Incident. Like everyone charged that day, they were hit with a litany of charges and accusations and looked to be facing a long time in prison, but what he plead guilty to was for all intents and purposes "Aggravated Trespassing". He will serve 8 Months, but considering that he has already been held up, for the crime of being a Trump Supporter, he will serve a few months while others that day skate.

In a rare occurrence, someone caught up with the prosecution in Portland for their hand in the unchecked rioting of 2020. Cyan Waters Bass (yes, that's his name), was charged with Arson, Rioting and other assorted acts. While the local charges were dropped (it's Multnomah County after all) the Federal Charges stuck and the fair and unbiased Oregon Judge gave Bass 4 Years for causing over $46,000 in damages to a Federal Building.

Allison Mack, the 2nd in command at the NXIVM Sex Cult, who admittedly procured, groomed and obtained people to indoctrinate, plead guilty Forced-Labor (Slavery) and Extortion Charges. Because she felt bad and is famous, she was sentenced to 3 Years. The leader of the Cult, Keith Rainier, received 120 Years for a bit of contrast.
