National Anthem of East Germany - Auferstanden aus Ruinen (Instrumental)

In 1949, the Soviet occupation zone of Allied Occupied Germany became a country that was called German Democratic Republic. For the anthem, the poet Johannes R. Becher wrote the lyrics. The composer Hanns Eisler wrote the melody.
