Filipino Chicken Adobo | Adobo Chicken Recipe

Filipino Chicken Adobo | Adobo Chicken - This is a collaboration between Mad Dogg of BZQUE Kitchen and Grill and myself and were making Filipino Chicken Adobo. This recipe has quickly become a comfort food at my house and I mean quickly!

I really hope you give this recipe a try. Chicken Adobo is best served over a bed of Jasmine Rice with the sauce #Drizzled over the Chicken and Rice.

Chicken Adobo:
6 - 8 Chicken Thighs and or Legs
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
3 or 4 Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Whole Black Pepper Corns
