Dr Michelle Fiscus was terminated for pushing to vaccinate children without prenatal consent

In Tennessee department of health fired Dr Michelle Fiscus over a lack of poor leadership & general working conditions. As well as her unwillingness to work with her team & senior staff. Questions have arose that some state funds sent to her department. That Dr Fiscus has been accused to attempting to send some state funds to a nonprofit group she founded. That hasn’t been proven at this point just letters were provided of this fact.
Dr Fiscus was in charge of state wide Covid-19 vaccine distribution.
Dr Fiscus tried using a law from 1987 called the Mature Minor Doctrine. To justify using it to interpret this as a means to give minor children a vaccine without the consent of the children’s parents.
Dr Fiscus was offered an option to resign or be fired she choose being fired.
