Weightloss Journey KICKOFF - It begins TODAY

This is incredibly difficult to post. I've never been heavier. I have also never been happier with myself as a person. But I am at the age where I could literally die bc of the health issues brought on due to my weight. So, I am bearing my soul and my stats. HOWEVER I am trying really hard not to be unkind to myself. I DESERVE my own love and kindnesses.
