Freedom group beats bylaw cops at their own game, holds music festival

Tamara Ugolini was in Oshawa, Ontario where a local pro-freedom group, Rise Up Durham, managed to hold a family-friendly music festival at Lakeview Park. Prior to the event beginning, organizers were greeted by police and bylaw cops who wanted the group to vacate the premises. After some back and forth negotiations, the group showed they had a better understanding of the city's bylaw rules, and no enforcement was taken against the event.
