Four Weeks Out From the Manta Marathon

Another test run on my knee after the tare of my meniscus. It felt good during the run but the next day was sore in the morning. I took a day off and my next run Monday the 19th was a faster pace 5k @ 5:16 per K pace. I was happy with that run but woke in the morning again with soreness in my knee. But I feel it is improving.
